The entrance to Villa Neo is a glass staircase, a work of art in itself, with a waterfall as the backdrop. The centerpiece of the terrace is a vast infinity pool that merges with sea and sky, with a swim-up bar and submerged seating, a barbecue grill, and a Jacuzzi shaded by palm trees.
The living-dining room is served by a fully equipped main kitchen, and, at the rear, a professional chef's kitchen.
