Bel Air / Holmby Hills

Home to the Playboy Mansion, The Manor and The Carolwood Estate, This Is Where Glamour Resides in Timeless Luxury.

Welcome to Bel Air-Holmby Hills

Lush neighborhoods with a peaceful, private atmosphere

Bel Air and Holmby Hills, together with Beverly Hills, form the Platinum Triangle of Los Angeles neighborhoods. These gorgeous communities lie in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. With some of the most palatial property in the country, Bel Air-Holmby Hills is the home of many celebrities. Almost as diverse as the famous people who live there, the architecture of Bel Air-Holmby Hills has everything from mid-century and classical styles to the newest modern styles. Architect Richard Neutra is an expert in the mid-century modernism style, of which the Hammerman House is a stunning example.

Due in part to the expansive properties, Bel Air and Holmby Hills have some of the lowest population densities in Los Angeles. This allows the community to be predominantly residential, giving the neighborhoods a lush, tranquil feel. The Bel Air Hotel and the Bel Air Country Club are the two most popular gathering places.
